SHRM certification is more than a credential—it is a signal of credibility, capability, and commitment to the HR profession. This one-hour webinar explores how SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certifications support career advancement, strengthen strategic thinking, and enhance an HR professional’s ability to influence organizational outcomes. Participants will gain a practical understanding of the SHRM Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge (BASK) and how its competencies show up in real-world HR work.
The session will address the benefits of certification for HR professionals at different career stages, including how certification is viewed by employers and senior leaders. Attendees will also learn how SHRM certification supports stronger decision-making across talent management, compliance, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
