&lt;p&gt;In this 90-minute interactive session, participants will explore the fundamentals of effective coaching and mentoring. We’ll begin by establishing a practical coaching framework that managers can use to guide performance, support development, and build stronger relationships with their teams. Then participants will break into table groups to reflect on the types of coaching they’ve experienced, both good and bad, and what kind of coaching they find most valuable. The second half of the session focuses on practice and application, giving participants the opportunity to try out coaching conversations and share strategies for incorporating coaching into everyday leadership.&lt;/p&gt;
