This webinar will provide an overview of Ohio’s new adult-use cannabis program and updates related to Ohio’s medical marijuana program. With adult-use sales now underway throughout Ohio, HR professionals will likely encounter new questions regarding employers’ and employees’ rights under the statute and implications for workplace policies. Tune in for a summary of the statute’s key provisions with particular focus on provisions applicable to the workplace.

Kristina Dahmann has broad litigation experience encompassing traditional business and banking disputes, trade secret protection, white collar criminal defense and environmental litigation. She also has provided risk management, compliance, and state and federal regulatory counseling to local banking institutions and businesses. Kristina has specific experience with federal and Ohio administrative and regulatory processes with respect to federal and state-regulated industries and regularly provides counseling to help clients navigate these industries. Kristina also advises clients on property tax matters including assisting clients to identify opportunities to help reduce property tax burdens and to contest a tax valuation.
Prior to joining Ice Miller, Kristina clerked for the Honorable Michael H. Watson of the Southern District of Ohio. Just prior to her federal clerkship, she also clerked for the Chief Judge of the Office of Administrative Law Judges for the United States Department of Labor, where she managed a broad range of employment cases concerning a variety of federal regulations.
Kristina is a regular down hill skier and runner who frequently participates in local half marathons. She also is an artist, focusing on mixed medium works. Kristina speaks Spanish and is originally from Alexandria, Virginia.

Lydia F. Reback is an associate in Ice Miller’s Litigation Group. She concentrates her practice on representing clients in dynamic industries, providing thorough support through every stage of litigation. Lydia regularly represents clients in a range of traditional and non-traditional business disputes, class and collective actions, multidistrict litigation and government contracts and compliance.
Lydia earned her juris doctor, cum laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Smith College. During law school, Lydia was a member of the law review, serving as the note editor for the Ohio State Law Journal. She also participated in moot court, winning numerous awards for her outstanding performance in elite national competitions, including second place team in the National Moot Court Championship where Lydia was awarded Third Place Speaker. In 2017, Lydia was a summer associate at Ice Miller.
Prior to attending law school, Lydia worked for a communications consulting firm where she served clients in Ohio and throughout the country. In this role, Lydia’s experience included representing political campaign clients as a media spokesperson and leading the rebranding campaign for a non-profit organization.
Lydia is proficient in Spanish and played eight years of competitive rugby.

Returned Check Fee
