Employee turnover. It's inevitable. The best organizations don't miss a step when someone gets promoted, quotes, takes a sabbatical, goes on vacation, gets sick, takes maternity leave, is on jury duty, or is otherwise unavailable. This session is about how they do it. We'll borrow from the best tips and techniques improve how we prepare for the unpredictable, but inevitable employee absence. This program is about how to create a staff that is willing and able to step up and step in, and excited to do so.
