Unleashing the Brand Within is an interactive working session on personal branding and how you can make your actions speak louder than words. By aligning inner strengths, skills and gifts to leadership presence, attendees will walk away with a clear and specific vision for their leadership style, a preliminary action plan to begin to integrate the vision, greater confidence, and credibility - leading to greater trust and confidence from others, a higher perceived value in both personal and professional situations, and ability to stand out from other leaders.

Tami Chapek, the Founder and Head Coach of WeInspireWe, has 20+ years of corporate experience in team and individual coaching, strategic performance management and operations, as well as communications. Tami is a seasoned leadership and career coach committed to supporting authentic leadership development for all, regardless of title or tenure, age or gender, or any other qualifier.
Tami holds her Professional Certified Coach credentials through the ICF and Certified Professional Coach and a Master Practitioner for the Energy Leadership Index through the Institute for Professional Excellence (iPEC). Tami is also a Certified Diversity Coach from Out of the Box Coaching and has received numerous awards for her coaching expertise and offerings.
In addition to coaching, Tami also brings real world leadership and career concepts to life with hands-on leadership development and career advancement training, customized workshops, employee resource group leadership initiatives, as well as motivational keynote speaking engagements. Returned Check Fee
The return of a check (electronic or paper) issued to Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO) may result in a returned check fee of $30 or 10% of the check amount, whichever is greater.  In those instances where a check is returned for non-sufficient funds, we will contact the individuals who registered for the event to secure the registration or event fee and the returned check fee. The registrant will be prevented from attending any future events in the organization until the payment and resulting fee(s) are resolved. HRACO reserves the right to recover any fees through the guidelines of the Ohio Revised Code, if necessary.
