Mark Knueve is a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and chair of the firm's labor and employment group. He represents primarily employers and assists them in litigation matters, focusing on complex employment litigation such as wage and hour class actions and collective actions. He is involved in the preparation of employment-related documents, including employment policies and contracts. Mark also participates in employment-related arbitrations, as well as employer counseling, training and non-compete matters.
Mark’s career highlights include acting as lead trial counsel in more than 60 putative class actions, collective actions or representative actions and litigating matters in more than 30 states and in seven U.S. Circuit Courts.

Julie McDonald is the firm’s chief human resources officer and is based in the Vorys Columbus office. She ensures financial and organizational strategies are met and services are delivered in all areas of human resources (HR) including, engagement, benefits, HRIS, payroll, training and development, policy, employment law compliance, employee relations and performance management.
Julie has over 20 years of extensive experience in human resources including, consulting with leadership on organizational effectiveness and core HR design and delivery. She was previously an HR director at a well-known engineering and technology services company. She worked to establish business strategy, define outcomes and measures, and align business objectives with employees and management across the company.

Returned Check Fee
The return of a check (electronic or paper) issued to Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO) may result in a returned check fee of $30 or 10% of the check amount, whichever is greater.  In those instances where a check is returned for non-sufficient funds, we will contact the individuals who registered for the event to secure the registration or event fee and the returned check fee. The registrant will be prevented from attending any future events in the organization until the payment and resulting fee(s) are resolved. HRACO reserves the right to recover any fees through the guidelines of the Ohio Revised Code, if necessary.
