As HR professionals, you may be familiar with the DiSC® Human Behavior Theory. This program adds another component to this learning opportunity focused on people skills. We will share valuable insights in relating to their employees, leaders and vendors. Since 1982, Joshua A. Sky has served as a trainer, facilitator, and coach. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, he has been living in Southwest Florida since 1995. Combining an M.A. in Education with a B.A. in Sociology, Joshua has served in all human resource development capacities for a wide range of organizations. Joshua also consults with small organizations in the development, launch and administration of their Performance Management programs. With professional experiences in the corporate, healthcare, government, nonprofit and public education sectors, Joshua currently presents personally customized and pre-developed training programs to audiences throughout the United States and globally.

Returned Check Fee The return of a check (electronic or paper) issued to Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO) may result in a returned check fee of $30 or 10% of the check amount, whichever is greater. In those instances where a check is returned for non-sufficient funds, we will contact the individuals who registered for the event to secure the registration or event fee and the returned check fee. The registrant will be prevented from attending any future events in the organization until the payment and resulting fee(s) are resolved.
