A webinar to help HR professionals understand and address employers' obligations relating to leave issues under the FMLA, ADA and the Pregnancy Workers Fairness Act.

Learning Objectives:
-Employers’ obligations under the Family and Medical Leave Act and Americans with Disabilities Act when employees cannot work due to health reasons
-Employers’ new obligations to accommodate pregnant employees who cannot work, partially or fully, under the recently passed Pregnancy Workers Fairness Act


Always the calm in the eye of any legal storm, Jeff Stankunas heads Isaac Wiles’ Labor and Employment Law services. He is also responsible for all aspects of representation of public officials and local governments.
Jeff’s steady guidance has led to victories in cases at every level. He’s argued and won in federal courts in Ohio and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, as well as numerous trial and appellate state courts. He is a member of the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
He also has broad experience representing business clients before several administrative agencies, including the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, the State Personnel Board of Review, the State Employee Relations Board, and the National Labor Relations Board.

Miss Gwin represents public and private clients on employment, land use, real estate and general litigation matters. She assists both businesses and public bodies, providing guidance and support both before, after, and during litigation.
Molly provides advice to employers on compliance with federal, state, and local laws, drafting of employee manuals, sexual harassment and discrimination investigations, non-compete agreements, and has successfully defended employers in Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and related state law litigation.
Additionally, she represents residential and commercial builders and developers in construction defect cases, zoning and land use issues, reviewing and rewriting contracts, drafting HOA documents, assisting with arbitrations, and counseling and litigation support on general business matters.

Returned Check Fee

The registrant will be prevented from attending any future events in the organization until the payment and resulting fee(s) are resolved. HRACO reserves the right to recover any fees through the guidelines of the Ohio Revised Code, if necessary.
