Bill Nolan serves as managing partner of Barnes & Thornburg’s Ohio office, which he opened in 2009 and has guided through steady and thoughtful growth. Some practice areas where Bill has distinctive experience are litigating and advising on noncompete and trade secret disputes across the country; representing employers and executives in a wide range of employment contract issues, including designing restrictive covenant programs for national employers; helping employers effectively and cost-effectively manage employee health issues and the many related legal issues; guiding workplace investigations; and training client teams on employment law issues and litigation avoidance strategies, both formally and just as part of his approach to day-to-day counseling.

Returned Check Fee
The return of a check (electronic or paper) issued to Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO) may result in a returned check fee of $30 or 10% of the check amount, whichever is greater.  In those instances where a check is returned for non-sufficient funds, we will contact the individuals who registered for the event to secure the registration or event fee and the returned check fee. The registrant will be prevented from attending any future events in the organization until the payment and resulting fee(s) are resolved. HRACO reserves the right to recover any fees through the guidelines of the Ohio Revised Code, if necessary.
